Max Narr started his career as a lawyer, where, across a period of eight years, he worked for the appellate court of Berlin, 'Becker Büttner Held' and 'Baker & McKenzie'.

He subsequently made a name for himself in the corporate field, successfully leading IBU-tec's initial public offering (IPO) before leading their acquisition of BNT Chemicals GmbH, where he served as Commercial Director whilst retaining his Head of Investor Relations role at IBU-tec.

In search of a new challenge, Max joined Sanity Group in 2020, where he became Chief Investment Officer before taking on the additional role of Managing Director for their subsidiary, Endosane Pharmaceuticals. He now works tirelessly alongside a small group of renowned international scientists to revolutionize the pharmaceutical industry's treatment of mental health.
